There are basically three major reasons:
As a CONSULTANT - you will get advice on everything from etiquette to sites and vendors. We ease the stress of planning one of the most important and probably most expensive events of your life.
As a COORDINATOR - we help you pull everything together. You could spend approximately three hours (phone, travel and consultation time) with each of four or five vendors. If you multiply out the necessary hours needed to coordinate this special event, even before it happens, it can take over 125 hours. If your regular salary is $10.00 an hour, this will cost you $1,250 in time off from work OR the next 12-15 Saturdays filled with just preparations. Planning a wedding is like orchestrating a major production. You will be pleasantly surprised at what a savings there can be by having us help you.
As the DAY OF THE WEDDING COORDINATOR - so that you have someone to oversee the timeline and details. We can help to ensure that everything goes seamlessly at your ceremony and flows nicely into your reception. A stage manager, so to speak, who is not a wedding party member, a family member or a guest -- all of whom should be celebrating with you and enjoying your day.
